This information remains in your browser and is not used to identify you or track you across other websites.

You can configure your browser to clear or block browser storage. Some functional preferences may not persist if you do.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the site and respond to enquiries. These currently include:

  • Vercel, for website hosting, Web Analytics and Speed Insights;
  • Resend, to transmit contact-form enquiries by email; and
  • our email service provider, to receive and store correspondence.

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

We may also disclose personal information:

  • to professional advisers where reasonably necessary;
  • to protect our rights, safety or property, or those of another person;
  • in connection with a business restructure, transfer or sale; or
  • where required or authorised by law.

Overseas processing

Some of our service providers are based in, or process information in, the United States. Personal information submitted through the site may therefore be transferred to and stored outside Australia.

We take reasonable steps to select reputable providers and protect personal information processed overseas. Privacy protections and legal rights in another country may differ from those available in Australia.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • respond to and manage your enquiry;
  • manage any resulting business relationship;
  • maintain appropriate business records;
  • meet legal and regulatory requirements; and
  • resolve disputes.

Copies may remain temporarily in routine backups or service-provider systems after deletion from our active records. We periodically delete or de-identify information that we no longer reasonably need.

You may ask us to delete your information. We will consider the request and delete information where reasonably practicable, subject to any legal, contractual, security or record-keeping reason that requires us to retain it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Although we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction and deletion requests

You may ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • provide access to that information;
  • correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date; or
  • delete information we no longer need to retain.

Email your request to contact@ecosystemalchemy.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

We will respond within a reasonable period. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain why, subject to any legal restrictions.
